All sales are final

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or voluntary order cancellations once an order is placed. Please review the product details, dimensions, price and delivery address carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods

This final-sale policy does not limit remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact contact@devvirasat.com promptly if an item arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, is spurious, materially differs from its advertised or agreed characteristics, or is delivered beyond the stated schedule other than because of force majeure. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable Indian law, which may include return, replacement or refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If payment was debited but no successful order is visible, contact us with the payment reference and email address used at checkout. Verified duplicate or late-captured payments are handled through the original payment provider.

Refund processing

Any approved refund is returned through the original online payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply after initiation.

Nothing in this policy excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
